What's the model of your new laptop? Does it show windows 8 on the new laptop?

Do yu mean you are not able to open anything on your new laptop?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I can open all things except Microsoft. The only information I can give you about my laptop is that it has Intel and Core 13

Expert:  Viet -MS Office Tech replied 2 years ago.
Do you mean Microsoft Office Word / Excel programs or something else?

You can check at the back/bottom of the laptop model.

You can press at the same time the two keys Windows and Pause on your keyboard, then it will show you the Windows version.

Thank you.

All I am trying to do is send an email. I know which key to press but I cannot find the windows key

Expert:  Viet -MS Office Tech replied 2 years ago.

Windows key is the key located near the bottom left of your keyboard; it has the windows logo. But that's okay. Can I connect remotely to your computer, so I can fix the issue directly on your computer together with you? Thank you.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes please do. I have only had my laptop a month so I am quite new to this
