, please can you help I was given as a xmas present Microsoft office 365, I have managed to get 2 e-mail addresses (*****@******.*** ) this one I would like to keep and ( *****@******.***) this one I don't want = however when I have been trying to set up my account I forgot my password ***** I think that I have tried to use them too many times so neither work and I am not sure how to proceed. My product number is *****
I have to admit that I am not very good with laptops ( I have anew one) !!!! and I really don't know what I am doing - have I really messed up :-(
if you can help in simple language I would be very grateful
