I cannot get my Yahoo email sent to my outlook account I have followed advice from both Yahoo and Microsoft office outlook help pages but all I get is and error message

Customer:

yes but when I follow advice it gives error message it used to work fine but then one day it just stopped I have now installed office 365 and it will not link yahoo to my new outlook yet it will forward my Yahoo btinternet email to out look

yes I have followed this advice but it still will not work, I also want to access my old emails that were on office 2010, as I have said I can see them but I can not open them.
