WesPCDr :

I'll walk you through the steps.

WesPCDr :

Have you opened Device Manager?

Customer:

yes

WesPCDr :

Do you see any un-partitioned space or an extra drive letter?

WesPCDr :

Should be Disk 1 if you already have Disk 0

Customer:

no

WesPCDr :

Ok. What's the make and model or the hybrid drive so I can check it out.

Customer:

Is your Windows 7 64-bit?

To install this drive, your computer must be 64-bit. Also, you need to use the DiscWizard software provided by Seagate. You can get the software using this link --> CLICK HERE
