Customer Question

The functions on the Data tab in Excel have become disabled. How do I reactivate the tab (particukarly the Sort function)?

Hello! I am IT Miro and I will assist you on this question.

Do you have Microsoft Office (Excel) 2010 or another version?

Also, do you see the functions on the Data tab, but cannot use them, or the Data tab is no longer there?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

It's Excel 2007. I see the functions in pale print and cannot use them.

OK.

Are the functions grayed out (cannot click on them), or you can click on them, but nothing happens?

Also, does that problem happen for all Excel documents (both old and new) or only for some of them?
