My windows live mail has frozen, because I sent e-mails to too many recipients. Virgin support say it is a windows live mail problem please can I speak to someone on the phone?

In order for me to connect, you need to download a remote desktop connection program to your computer and start it.
We can use TeamViewer to securely establish remote desktop connection and exchange information. You will be able to see everything I am doing on your computer and you can terminate the remote connection any time.

Once you have downloaded it, start it and permit the connection. When started, the blue TeamViewer window will show you access numbers - Your ID and Password.

Sorry, TeamViewer stopped working when you used the "Switch user" option in Windows. Please exit TeamViewer on Windows account where it is running, and then switch to the other Windows account that has Windows Live Mail with the Virgin e-mail account you are having problems with. Start TeamViewer there and let me know the new numbers so that I can reconnect.

You will need to start TeamViewer while you are there so that I can connect there.
