Customer:

ok and when does this error come up..on startup, during shutdown or at random

Customer:

or is it specific to while using nay program

JACUSTOMER-p31hg238- :

mostly random not on start up

Customer:

ok and its been how many days since this started

JACUSTOMER-p31hg238- :

not specific to any about the last 4 weeks

Customer:

ok

Customer:

does it come on a blue screen with error codes starting with 0x0000 listed

JACUSTOMER-p31hg238- :

yes and yes think the start with 0x00

Customer:

ok..are we chatting on the same computer that gets the error

JACUSTOMER-p31hg238- :

yes at the moment

Customer:

ok..now blue screen errors may come up due to problem in drivers, system file issues or hardware issue

Customer:

the exact reason can be known with the the 0x000 code that comes up on error screen

Customer:

so as a first step, next time you get the error make a note of the codes

Customer:

now as an immediate step, we can run a backdate restore ..maybe a month back

JACUSTOMER-p31hg238- :

yes i think it says drive error but the message goes off the screen quite quick and then the system rests and ask about staring Windows normally or in

Customer:

so if there is any software setting that caused it, it gets reversed

Customer:

but before i give the steps, i would like you to know that you can reopen this caht from just answer email by clicking on view answer

Customer:

i would suggest to copy any new files you have saved in my documents folder to external storage

JACUSTOMER-p31hg238- :

Non new soft ware that i can think of only updates, should a recover the system back to a date ?

Customer:

yes...follow the below steps

Customer:

click start...in the search box type system restore

in the window that appears, restore computer to earlier date and time and click next
select a date may be a month back when system was running fine and click next
follow the onscreen steps

Customer:

once the restore completes settings should get reversed

Customer:

however just in case still blue screen appears again in next few days, you can just make a note of the codes and post me a message

Customer:

i will assist you further in that case

Customer:
