Hi Cant view videos just get a green screen. Audio is still playing . Im on an HP Laptop with windows 8. Can you help?

Then un-check hardware acceleration.

I would suggest updating the graphics card driver. I would need to know the system's model # ***** locate the driver.

This is written on the bottom of the laptop or on the back/front of the computer usually, i would need to know the manufacturer name and the model #

Been trying to download latest drivers but don't think they've downloaded

so the Display Adapter is

AMD Radeon (TM) R5 graphics
