Thank you for your question, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.
Please note, click on Reply to Expert to reply to me, a rating is only needed when we are finished.
Can you tell me which email service you are using please (not your email address) eg: gmail, hotmail, yahoo ect and which web browser you use to access it (or program)
Thank you
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I am using hotmail.
Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Thanks Laura
Via which web browser? eg: Internet Explorer?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I used Mozilla Firefox
Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Thanks ***** to Tools | Options | Security Panel
Under the Passwords section, select Saved Passwords
Find Hotmail and Select it.
Click Remove . Select OK to close that window
It will then require you to sign into Hotmail each time, just do not click on the Stay signed in check box you see under the password ***** and then every time you close ALL firefox windows, then open one and go to hotmail you will have to enter the password *****
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
