Resolved Question:

I have outlook 2013 now!!!
I can no longer ( as in my old 2003 outlook) bring up an old, sent, email - then go "save as" and change the file name, then press "save" and a new identical email page would appear with the new email address.
I would then change a few bits in the text, and send it to a new address.

Hi there,
Instead of going to Save, go to Forward, and delete the header information, then send the identical email to the new recipients.
