Hi. The only other option is to click "cancel the request" (to change email addresses). If I do this, then I am back to the initial option of completing my old email address and then clicking the button that says "Send Code". In other words, I am back to where I started from because it then sends the code to my obsolete email address which I cannot access.
These are the only 2 options available.
