My Reader tile is missing from my desktop I cannot open and

My Reader tile is missing from my desktop I cannot open and read anything from the internet - how do I reinstall?

Can you press the windows key so you are taken to the windows start screen.
Then type in (just start typing) reader
When it appears, right click on it and select pin to taskbar.
It should then appear on your desktop again as likely it was accidentally unpinned.

I now have tile but still cannot open any documents from the internet

What type of documents are you trying to open from the internet?
And what happens when you try to do this?

They are pdf documents - on
Friday I had no problems but this morning I get the little reader icon at the top of the screen but then nothing opens

Press the windows key + X and click on Control Panel
Click on Programs, uninstall a program.
Click on Adobe Reader and click uninstall.
Once done, restart the computer.
Then click on my link below and install Adobe Reader again.
https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Once installed, then try to open a PDF file and it should no open.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services.
