The number is ***** old landline i.e. I have moved house
I have already done this, twice.
Nothing, no response to the new email address and no code other than the one that doesn't work i.e. when I enter it, it just sits there and nothing happens - I can't move onto the next screen.
The email I'm trying to access is *****@******.***
How can you notify me by email when I can't access my email????
the last four of the old landline are 9049
ok, done it again, the message says I've reached the limit for account recovery requests and to try again in 24 hours
I didn't try it with the phone - because I couldn't verify the correct phone number I clicked the can't verify box, which took me to the form
I did receive a code but it didn't work.
How will the link that takes me to the same form work tomorrow when it didn't work even the first time I tried?
By text to my mobile
The number they quote (when they ask for the last four digits) as associated with my account is the old landline. That's why I don't understand how I got a text message to my mobile, unless it's because I used the mobile number when I set up the new email account, which I needed to do so they could respond but they haven't.
