Hi! Your device might be missing an update. Running Windows Update and installing any available updates should fix this issue.

Thanks, ***** ***** delay but we have been considering whole Windows 10 issue.

We have decided to accept the automatic free download of Windows 10 on my laptop when background has finished.

It is on my wife's laptop where there are problems. I now suspect the likelihood that her Windows 8.1 may not be acceptable for free update,so we are not going to try at this stage. She is happy enough with "8.1".

We can take it further in the light of my future experience of Windows 10 and any other feedback.

So, we do not need your further assistance thanks!
