Hi,I'm sorry about the issue. Is there also any error or message? Was there any change recently to your computer that may have caused this issue?Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or 10?Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you? Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

No error message.

Whilst adding telephone numbers to 'Contacts' in Outlook a pop up asked if I would like to to stop multiple characters if I kept a key down too long - I clicked OK - then the problem started.

Windows 7

Yes. if secure, remote access is OK. Thanks, Ed.
