HELLO AGAIN THIS MORNING I INSTALLED WINDOWS 10, I UNINSTALLRED IT AS I REALLY DIDN'T LIKE BUT AS I UNINSTALLED IT I HAVE LOST THE RECENY WINDOWS THAT I PURCHASED INCLUDING AY WORK I HAD ON MICROSOFT OFFICE . I HAVE TRIED RESTORE POINTS TO NO AVAIL AND NOW YOU HAVE TEXTED ME JUST WHEN I NEED HELP, IS THERE ANY WAY OF RESTORING MY LOST WORK

Exactly how did you uninstall? What steps did you take to do this?

I JUST UNINSTALLED NORMALLY, I WENT TO UNINSTALL AND LOST EVEN THE RECENT M/OFFICE WHICH I PURCHASED AND ALL MY WORK

ok, then you actually resetted the copmputer Isaac and did a reinstall of windows which involves formatting it.
Just to check, if you go to Start, Computer.
Then click on C Drive, then on Users, what folders are listed there?
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you.
