I have bought and paid for Office 365 personal. I have not, however bren given any product identification key, hence I cannot activate my new software. Help, please

I replied to a microsoft advertisment on my screen, offering microsoft 365

personal for £59.99pa

The code is stored securley on your account.
Click on my link below
http://www.microsoftstore.com/
And sign in on the store site.
Then click on View Products and you will see your Office purchase and with this, the Code you need to enter in.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Click on Download for Free
Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect
