I can receive email to my outlook account but I cant send mail I

Resolved Question:

I can receive email to my outlook account but I cant send mail
I have tried re-installing outlook
I have deleted the accounts then put them back in to outlook but the mail that I try and send just goes to the outbox
can you help

Have you recently updated to windows 10 and this started?

Thanks, ***** ***** first step as this can be a common issue, please do the following David.
Close outlook
Press the windows key + X and click on Command Prompt (Admin)
A black window opens. Type in it
sfc /scannow
press enter
let this complete and when it has, restart the computer and tell me if you still have the problem please.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. I have followed your instructions and it working now

when it is finished and I restart how do get back in contact with you or is it automatic
