I cant access my emails because we dont have the password. I have sent a recovery request to microsoft 2 days ago but no reply.

We try and reset. Bit it sends the code to the email address we cant access.

I checked it. It looks like the only available self-password ***** option is to send a verification code to "*****@******.***"

You mentioned you could not access that e-mail address. Is it because of the forgotten password ***** something else?

From what I can see, the host is DreamHost.

If you cannot access the account, you will need to contact the person who set up your domain (casarusso.co.uk) and e-mail account to help you reset the password ***** that you can receive a verification code from Microsoft there.
