When you start the computer does it get to the desktop with the start menu and search box on the bottom left?

Ok good click on that search box.
Type in the word reset.

Then after the list populates click on go back to 8.1.
In the window that pops up under go back to 8.1 click get started.

sorry I gave wrong information and I do not have a search would box please bear with me I am 92 I had hoped that microsoft would have changed it back the way they put it on I should not have agreed with the change
