I cannot connect to Outlook. On my tablet it says this is a connection problem. On my computer it says the password ***** have given is incorrect. However this password ***** allows me to access the Internet on my Microsoft account.
Do I need to reset my password? If so, how?

I tried that yesterday afternoon with no success.

However late last night I managed to reset my password ***** so far that has solved the immediate problem.

I amsurprised that there was such a long delay in your reply .
