hello I hope some one can help me,i recently installed windows 10 and now I cant get into my email account.i cant remember my password ***** tried the automated service and failed to satisfy the critieria, how can I get my email back?

I waited an hour for you to reply and only saw and hour and a half later

That was the first I heard from you... no information was received beforehand, I am sorry but I could not wait longer then an hour as I had to go offline.
Can you let me know when you are online as I am yet to get the ID and Password ***** you that I asked for per my instructions.
