switched computer on and got to log in page and put in email address but cant remember password ***** cant get any further

Follow the steps 1. On the login screen keep the shift key held down and then use the mouse and select the shutdown icon and select restart.make sure you do not release the shift key till the comuter dont restart.

2. It will restart on a blue screen menu choose an option. choose click on Troubleshoot then you click on reset your pc
