Hi there and welcomeIs outlook opening at all now?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Outlook has been open since yesterday but it remains unable to Send or Receive (or delete anything in the Personal Folder & subfolders). Shall I Close it and &/or restart the computer?
Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
yes please, and then check if it now functions
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It tells me that Outlook.pst (well C:\Users\Jenni\AppData\local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst) has reached its maximum size and it advises me to permanently delete any unwanted files by selecting them and pressing SHIFT-DELETE but this is just what I cannot do anywhere within my Personal Folder (with subfolders Inbox, Sent, Deleted Junk Mail, and my many personal folders of friends & relations etc). I CAN delete within my Archive Folders and under your direction I have compressed these but it makes no difference to its inabilities
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It does not allow me to compress Outlook.pst either. Any good looking at my permissions?
Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.

connecting
Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
I got disconnected, I think its because of the speed of your internetBut keep moving the emails and you will free up enough space.Let me know how you go please.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
As I said - I cannot move any emails from my Personal Folder.. Therefore I cannot free up any space
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Just say that the file is well and truly corrupted and you can't do anything - if this is the case
Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
We were moving files, did it error out?
