since d/l Windows 10 to my Laptop I cannot print anything, the printer has gone into offline and I can't get it back online

Hi there and welcome
Can you on the computer click on the search at the bottom right and type in Device
Click on Devices and printers.
Then double click on your printer
Then click on printer and check for Use Printer Online
click this and then try to print.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. the service is between poor to ok! Richard decided that the Dell printer was faulty and so deleted it leaving a model that I knew nothing about on my system, I had said that the Dell worked fine from my PC but not from my Laptop since it was updated with Windows 10, the printer system that he left on my laptop did not work because I do not have that type of printer and have since had to re-install the Dell programme which still does not work on the laptop but does on PC which is Microsoft XP. So my original request for help has not been resolved and |I have had to re-do the work that Richard did.
