the service is between poor to ok! Richard decided that the Dell printer was faulty and so deleted it leaving a model that I knew nothing about on my system, I had said that the Dell worked fine from my PC but not from my Laptop since it was updated with Windows 10, the printer system that he left on my laptop did not work because I do not have that type of printer and have since had to re-install the Dell programme which still does not work on the laptop but does on PC which is Microsoft XP. So my original request for help has not been resolved and |I have had to re-do the work that Richard did.
