Hi - I have had this email adress for years; it is: brighids.buysXXXX and I can tell you who I have emailed earlier today: Stuart Healy / Alan XXXX and Roger XXXXmy last three emails I had before I was unable to sign in were from: Pink Clove / Amazon and Amazon I also sent a thank you to LJ Letting and to my partner Barry Masters. Now when I log in or try to login to my email account - I am told - THERE IS NO SUCH ACCOUNT!!! I am a photographer; and I bought my my camera from UKDigital Cameras; and in my email; I have the original invoice for the camera; and the camera needs to be returned for a repair. I need to have my email address asap. Thanks

yes, I was getting this checked out for you and it took some time, but the account is not existing at all.
It has been deleted and this is why I was pretty confused.
I need to be sure, are you without a doubt convinced you have the spelling correct? I tried a lot of different spelling but could not match it, but are you sure?

ok, you have done something to close this account down if this was 100% the correct spelling.
You said you had a screen shot, can you upload this please (click the paper clip)
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.
