Hi my email was hacked last week. I have done all that needed to be done by Microsoft to reset my password ***** still have not received a link to reset. Please help. My email account is XXXXX It's ver important now hat I can access my account as soon as possible

I used two different email accounts. Both accounts I received verification code but nothing further. Already paid 28 and my problem remains so why should I pay additional? You have not resolved my query
