I have purchased a new second laptop but I'm unable to gain access to my Microsoft account no matter how many times I try. Punching in those silly letters and numbers which look like gobbledegook does't help, I seem to get it wrong. Can you help. I paid around £600.00 for this new laptop and just about to place it in the dumpster.
