I seem to have acquired avirus that continually reproduces itself,also,some files appear to be missing from those which allow the keyboard to operate in a normal manner.I am having to type this using the onscreen keyboard,which is tedious,I am unable to start safe-mode.Can you assist me via the telemetry?I took this problem to know-how and they said it was a faulty keyboard!
