Hi my name is ***** ***** I am having trouble getting into my Hotmail account. I appear to be blocked for one whole month because I could not give Visa Verified some information they wanted. Any ideas how I can access my account.

Hi Jerry, originally I could not remember my Microsoft password ***** so I got a code.. I was then switched to Visa Vertified and to be honest I don't know what they were looking for. At one stage they were looking for a very long code which I have no idea what that is about. Anyhow after continual tries they have now blocked my Hotmail account for ONE MONTH. I am not even sure if I can get into it after that. I am 74 years of age and completely fraustrated.
