I have been locked out of my hotmail account

Hello
i have been locked out of my hotmail account for two months. i need desperately to get back into it. it says i have been blocked as someone else maybe using my account. i have tried to verify it around 20 times but no luck as it just comes back as can't not be verified.
please help

Where does it go wrong?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.

And try to get them to unlock it directly else you will need to create a new account.
