To fix this, firs tell me if on your number 2 on the keyboard you have a @ or " on it please?

What do you mean by on my number 2? I have no number 2. The key is just , at the bottom and the symbol of at , at the top

on your keyboard you will have a number 2
the numbers, 1 through to 0
so on the key that has the number 2 on it, what symbol is also on it?

You have an American Keyboard layout of a United Kingdom Keyboard, we will fix this
Click start, Control Panel.
Then clocks, Language and Region
Then Change Keyboard or other input methods
Then Change Keyboards
Click Add
Choose English (United Kingdom) and click the + to expand it
Then click a check in united Kingdom then click ok
Then in the window click on English (United Kindgom) and click Move Up so it is at the top
Then in the Default Input Language select English (United Kingdom)
Click ok and it is then corrected.
