My email address is***@******.*** and I have Windows 10. The Microsoft store does not allow me to sign in to My account or create a new account. It claims I have an account with the above address name. I have a password ***** Microsoft One Note, but it didn't seem to work. A code was not sent to complete my ability to sign in.

Once I received a security code from Microsoft by email I can log into the account. I don't need to discuss anything by phone for which I have paid £26 and am not willing to pay anything further to Microsoft for an answering service.
