Hi,I'm sorry about the issue. What is the error or message? Was it working previously fine on the same computer of yours? Was there any change recently to your computer or to your modem/router device or to your internet service that may have caused this issue?Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?If you have another computer or tablet or smartphone, does the barclays website work fine on it or not? Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Please try some possible solutions below:Solution #1:- Disconnect the power cord(s) from your Internet / wireless modem / router device(s) for about 5 minutes, then re-connect, then wait a few minutes, then check the Barclays website.Solution #2:- If that does not work, press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard (or right-click on the Start button, then click on Run...), then type ncpa.cpl then click OK, then right-click on the connected item, then click on Properties, then select the item Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), then click on Properties, then select the option Use the following DNS server addresses, then enter these numbers in the boxes:8.8.8.88.8.4.4, then click OK, OK, then check the Barclays website.- If it still does not work, please answer all my previous questions above at this web page, so I can troubleshoot further. Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
