I just updated to Windows 10, when I've looked at my Microsoft

I just updated to Windows 10, when I've looked at my Microsoft emails the folders are there but most of the contents are missing, how do I get them back ? If its not simple please put me back on Window 8, I'm not that computer literate but at least I could sort of manage that.

Can you tell me which email program you are using please?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
