Have tried that but it does not seem to download, it gets as far as Firefox Set Up Stub 43.0.3. I click on this but nothing seems to happen

can you right click and say "save target as" and save it to your desktop
Expert:  jhannell replied 1 year ago.
there must be an option like save target as or save link as
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have saved it to my desktop as Firefox set up stub but when I then click on it it asks me to run as Antony, current user (me) which I click but after that nothing happens

Hello. My name is ***** ***** I can help you with your problem. What is your computer operating system?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I use Windows 7
Expert:  Joel Kalman replied 1 year ago.
I suggest trying another browser. Sometimes websites are not fully debugged, and the problems usually show up on Internet Explorer. Since Firefox did not download and install on your operating system, I suggest that you download and install Chrome from www.google.com/chrome. Give that a try and please let me know if it works for you on the website of interest.
