I have Microsoft surface 3 with keyboard. I have lost any option

Resolved Question:

I have Microsoft surface 3 with keyboard. I have lost any option of accessing the device. The keyboard is not working and when I swipe the lock screen and try to use touch screen the lock screen activates again.

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.
Remove the charger from the surface and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the surface and use it.

It was the firmware that had an issue, and needed a hard restart. We did this just then. It will now be ok.
