my windows startup menu button bottom left of screen does not work and i can not access any programs except what is on my desktop. also can not print and other help forms have suggest download links which i can not download as suggested. Problem surfaced after last up date wed 06/01/2016.

updated to windows 10 july 2015 but had automatic update 06/01/2016 and problem occurred then
