have tried to input 24 character code but the boxes will not accept the code
for example
8c7nk- wqvh and will not accept the next letter in that box which is y

Hello and thank you for choosing is an interesting question. Because entering the product key should be a very straight forward thing..Where did you purchase the Office Software? Are you 100% sure it is not a pirated copy, or a bogus Product Key?.Also....just curious, are you entering in the dashes that are used to bread up the code? ( 123AB - 123AB ) notice the dash.

don't use the dashes........leave them out, when you enter in the product key
