For 4 or five days now my computer has been very slow to start up and freezes often no matter what site I am on, I'm not very savvy on these things so am at a loss what to do.

you will have to clear the temp files, prefetch windows and then will have to run anti virus and antimalware to remove any malware causing the problem.

Guest: about 6-7 days ago Customer alright Customer i will be doing the initial system restore to a back data and then will run few tools which will speed up the computer

i waited for your response on the remote session for a long time but after waiting a long time the session timed outwe can remote connect again tomorrow at 10:30reply to me tomorrow whenever you are online and ready for me to remote connect

Sorry but the computer wasn't doing anything I asked so I couldn't reply, I couldn't even access my emails at the time. I will probably get a new computer tomorrow.
