I have spent hours trying to get Microsoft to accept that have 2 email addresses one password ***** following them asking ie to conform who I am , following filling in their forms many, many times, I phoned USA who after a considerable time said they would phone me back , in half an hour , This has NOT happened , they were in fact unable to sort this. The line was almost impossible anyway which did not help!
Of course someone had those addresses it was me, this applied to both addresses now my account is locked . m Can you help?
my 2 addresses are ,
1. ************** the old one I am trying to get rid of .
