Logging in to my email account is very slow. Response from other websites is ok, just a few seconds. I have to wait 2-3 minutes for response from Hotmail ie "dub112.mail.live.com"
Trying to access by various routes has triggered your unusual sign-in activity report. Trying to verify my account by call & text failed as a message came back to both " We couldn't send the code"
Please help.

Hi Ted,
I work online here but I can connect to your computer and solve this for you if you wish.
What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.
I will send an offer through for remote support and should you accept I will connect and see what is going on and fix the issue. Otherwise we can continue to talk like this but I will need to ask a number of other questions and try and walk you through some steps.

Thank you. Logging on to my emails is now quick as it should be. I now have to correct other things that have altered ie My favourites are in a different order and the font size has gone enormous 200% ? Hope to sort those out soon. Regards ***** *****

Hold CTRL and tap - and it should reduce the font size as it appears you may have magnified it.
