I have just moved to Windows 10 on a new computer. I like the Photo App, although I do not understand how photos I did not think were on my old computer appeared in the App. It is the OLD photos I am having trouble with. I cannot get them to Photo App in the App format and I cannot organise them in their existing folders

Hi,Thank you for your patience. Your issues were resolved through remote help. With your Photos app, you need to manually add the folders where the images are stored and then perform an system integrity scan.Also, with Picasa now installed, all your pictures are detected with no issues. I highly recommend that you keep Picasa as it is a better and more stable software.Thank you for using our service.
