I have Microsoft office 365 I brought computers and installed

I have Microsoft office 365 I brought for 5 computers and installed it on two. those two are now broke and wish to download the others onto new computers unfortunately I cannot log in and I cannot answer the sercurity questions either. I can give the exact date the account was activated and also the bank details. please please help I have been through every department with no success

I have just got off the phone to that number who said they could not help me and gave me yourself as the last shot at dealing with this problem are you now saying you cant help me??

Here no as due to security and privacy reasons we cannot deal with your credit card details, which is why you have to call.They will be able to link it back with your credit card details. I do not believe this is the number you rang as you would not have received such a response, just have them link it based on your credit card details please.
