Hello and thank you for choosing JUSTANSWER.com.This is a doozy of an issue, as I have yet to see this..In order to get to the root of the issue, i will need to ask you a series of questions, and ask for some images.First, what type of computer are you using? Make and Model please....also what is your OS (is it windows? Windows 8, or Windows 7, or is it a Mac with OSX?)Second....I need to SEE the error message. Is there anyway you can take a SCREEN SHOT of the message when it happens? If not, would you be willing to have a REMOTE SESSION so i can potentially fix the issue?
