When this happens it usually means you have a corrupt windows profile.Here is what you can do which will usually fix it.First reboot the computer. As soon as it starts to boot keep tapping the F8 key repeatedly. It may take you a couple tries but it should get you to screen with some choices.From that screen choose Safe Mode.In Safe Mode log in with the default administrator account or any account it let's you log in with.Once in safe mode run a system restore.Open System Restore by clicking the Start button and browse toAll Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System RestoreFollow the steps in the wizard to choose a restore point that is before when the problem started. If you only see one restore point make sure you choose to show more restore points on the bottom left of the box.Choose a point that is before the issue started.After system restore finishes the machine should reboot and you should be able to log in as normal.
