In my settings - Updates, I have - Upgrade to Windows

Customer Question

Hi, In my settings - Updates, I have - Upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586.
I have done a restart to implement this and it appeared to work as the screen saying the install was happening appeared during reboot.
Under installed updates I have nothing showing since feb 11
I have still got 10240 according to Winver
Should the upgrade have shown up somewhere?
