Customer Question

Hello
I tried to post 4 short video clips on Outlook.
I think it was too much as a) it will not send them, and b) I cannot delete them from out of the OUT box.
I have disconnected the router and tried to delete the files to no avail.
Please advise how I can delete these files
Many Thanks

No problem, its something the website offers, its optional

How did you go with my instructions?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi I followed your instructions and eventually ended up with a page of various instructions and different web sites.
There was not a place where I could delete the files, unless it was behind one of the sites.
Sorry to appear thick

Followed your instructions again
Tall white box appears with "outlook.exe /safe" and "Run command" under it, all in a blue box
I clicked on the blue box and received a full page of links similar to, and as if I had made an information request on Google.
I press the Outlook icon but it will now not open.
I think we had better go down the avenue of me agreeing to you securely connect and you doing it for me.
