Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

What happens when you try to access your Contacts on your Luminar ?

How do you try to access them, or from where, or with what link/app/etc. ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am trying to get them from my contact list imported from my sim card

Importing a contact list from a SIM card (not normally used to store anything much) can be difficult.

Did you get even *some* contacts from the SIM card, yet? or is it that the SIM card refuses to give any up?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Oh and by the way I am not happy paying for something that should be easy to access
Expert:  Russell H. replied 1 year ago.

Transfer of Contacts lists on a SIM card is *not* easy, to put it bluntly. It is in fact difficult.

Using another more user-friendly type of Memory Card (e.g. an SD card) is much, much, easier. I would advise - if your Luminar device *has* an externally accessible memory card slot - doing the transfer of Contacts that way.

Sorry but I don't like to pay for something that should be no problem accessing my own contacts.

Your Lumina 650 does in fact have this for memory card slots:

microSD, up to 256 GB (dedicated slot)

If you cannot read a card in that slot, it would be a wonder - 256 GB is quite large even for modern memory card slot capacities.

Are you in fact using a microSD card? SIM cards are internal, and generally just carry an ID or serial number for the phone's usage.
