i seem to be locked out of my account can not log in to email account or scype email not syncing Error code Ox85050041 has happened on more than one occasion.

Who is your e-mail with and which e-mail application are you using?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.

How are you accessing the e-mails? Do you go to Edge or Internet Explorer or do you click on the Yellow/Blue Outlook Icon?

That error usually is for the Mail app, can you try and disable your antivirus software and then try to to see if the Mail works? I think it will be much easier for you if i connect remotely and fix it.
